  Good Dr's but #1 Most of these employee's just want to go home. They'll tell you someone not there. Don't lie about employee's. Promote them. #2 Communication is weak. Try and take care as much as you can do all in one appointment. #3 Dr. Todd. F. was FABULOUS! Smart guy. Talk to him.

  My family has had 5 Dobermans and all have started their lives and ended their lives in the wonderful hands of these vets! Today I had to put my Doberman down and what can I say....... The only words I can say.... "thank you from the bottom of my heart!" The compassion and genuine care given to me and my dog was above and WAY beyond the call if duty. The admin (possibly a vet-tech) met me at the back door, tears in her eyes (let me back up...we cried together on the phone twice before I arrived) and took my dog to his final resting area. The whole process was as peaceful as the other 4 dobes, but letting go is never easy, though their bedside manner made this journey bearable, because of their sincerity and heartwarming care. Death is always something your brain has a hard time coping with, but death with dignity is what makes the good memories, cherished ones. The care this facility has provided to my family over the past 30+ years should be held in high regard.... If you're on here reading through reviews in order to find your next vet, please take my review and hold it close to your heart because that's what this place has done for me....They gave my dog continued care and provided his death with dignity.
